What is a lighting retrofit?

Lighting retrofits typically consist of exchanging the current fluorescent lamps and ballasts of a light fixture with new energy efficient products.  The outer hardware of the light fixture remains in its original form, creating no disruption of the aesthetic look of the office or work area.  Any light fixture from the office to the warehouse can be retrofitted.
